i havent used it yet but a friend told me that Google's Picasa photo program lets you edit your photos, as well as organize and make comments on etc. i guess Flickr is good too but they don't have the abilitly for editing as of yet. if you can spend a relatively small bit of money (in terms of computer software), Photoshop Elements is a good photo editing program.

No websites airbrush photographs for free. You could ask around and see who would do it for you. You'd be surprised how many people will touch up a photo for you. You should look into getting Adobe Photoshop.
