Neven owns Koocanusa Outfitters in Libby Mt., and Elk Mountain Outfitters in Elk City Id.
I worked for Neven for 4 years he has an awesome area in the Selway/Bitterroot Wilderness in Id, it is an early season where you can bugle the bulls in during rifle season.
A couple of my friends still guide for Neven, they said they had an awesome year in Id, like 85% to 90%.
His best guide's name is Larry Richards, If Larry is not already booked try to get him as a guide.

If your looking for a good place to hunt that will provide all your needs my husband goes to Coteau Springs Elk Hunts in North Dakota and Cedar Ridge Elk Ranch also located in ND.

Contact the Chamber of Commerce, Philipsburg, Montana. It's going to cost plenty with an out of state license and all.
