Well yesterday I was as sick as a dog but today im much better because of my tricks.
Lots of sleep you need at least 25-35% more
sleep a night until your better.
Take a day off work if you work and lay down or watch tv or do a quiet hobbie.
(EX:Knitting, tv, radio,pocket game.)
You also need three special foods
Chicken soup,Popcicles,orange juice.)
People think you only take those foods foor soar throats no you take them for your nose and the popcicles help too.
Starting immidiatly go off airbourn its a proven fact(im positive that i know this) that
you body heals faster without medicine its like a
barrier airbourn and other medicine
blocks germs but also blocks white blood cells so they cant fight it off as fast.
Id reccomned going on a vix inhaler mini there dollars and You put it up your nose and breath it in it clears your naisil cavity for like 20-30 minutes
also chewing minty gum helps.
I promise if you save what i sAID ON YOUR COMPUTER LOOK BACK and follow my steps
you WILL feel alot better in about 1 day.

None of the so-called cold remedies will actually rid you of the cold. A cold is a virus and even though man has walked on the moon, we have yet to find a cure for the common cold. However there are some pretty good over-the-counter products availalble for relieving the symptoms. Some work better for some people than for others though. So it is a trial and error type thing. But if you talk to your pharmacist he/she should be able to point you to some that could do the trick. And if you drive or operate any machines make sure ot tell the pharmacist so they don;t give you one that puts you to sleep too fast.

and while at the pharmacy check for a herbal remedy area and see if they stock garlic and cayenne capsules. If they do buy a bottle and keep them handy. From now on every time you feel a cold coming on start takign them for a day or so to see how easily they help your own immune system beat off the virus. they also work for flu bugs too. No they do not cure the virus but they help your own system fight it more efficiently. and my caveat - they don't work as effectively for some as they do for others but everyone I know who uses them finds they do work.

I boil crushed slices of ginger for some time and drink the water while it's still warm. It helps.
If you can't find ginger then any warm herbal tea will do.

You could also put a warm cloth over your eyes and nose.
And your head should be raised when you lie down, not flat, and just make sure you get lots of rest.
Blow out all the mucus everytime you get the chance. Help your body heal by getting rid of the yucky stuff.

Get well soon :)

Okay...you're only supposed to take Airborne once every three hours. And you're supposed to take it at the first sign of a cold symptom. But try taking that Cold MD thing or the thing that there's a cup and you just sniff it and you're cured.

Some folks have luck with Zicam and Cold-Eze. If you use Zicam within the first 48 hours, you usually can shorten the duration of the cold.

try slicing a few lemons put in a tea pot and bring them to a boil (they have to have the peel on the lemon) take out the seeds . then drink (make sure you drink the whole cup right away while it is hot) dont put sugar in there . try to use honey . i swear you will be breathing the next day .

Take a decongestant, your pharmacist should be able to help you with this, and cold medicine. Also, believe it or not, chicken soup helps, there's something in it...
