that range is in between weight classes. Here's the breakdown:

Lightweight - 135lbs
Junior Welterweight - 140lbs
Welterweight - 147lbs

A fighter who weighs between 136 to 147 would more than likely lose enough weight to fight at 122 to 130 to try and gain a "naturally bigger" advantage.

136 to 140 lb is a superlightweight
141 to 147 lbs. is a welterweight
and this is according to the wba weight scale
