It's really a stiff competition but I think Mel made it a point to make Jesus into mince meat to outdo the William Wallace torture, which in all honesty could match the Jesus suffering any day in reality.

Oh yeah! The real William Wallace suffered way more than the bible version Jesus. He was publicly disemboweled and left to die like that.
God showed Jesus mercy and let him die after about three hours.
But in the movies:
Jesus suffered more.
Edit:
Usually when you are crucified though, it takes days to die. A lot of time they would even give you water while you're up there to prolong it.

Definitely Harrison Ford. Bruce Willis and Mel Gibson are movie stars, not actors.

I cried alot for Jesus in the movie
and I also cried for William Wallace, but I think Jesus suffered more

Wallace.
Jesus was God and knew exactly what he was getting in to. Wallace was a mortal man.

I would have to say Jesus based on the longevity and variety of his punishment. Furthermore, he was left to die on his own whereas Wallace was finally put out of his misery.

Jesus because he first took on all of our sins! wich must be mental torture then he was crucified!also both these characters were heros in there own rights and have nothing from Mell!
