My cocktail sometimes will eat its own feces even if there is enough food it the cage, what does this mean?

Dogs eating their own feaces means they have a vitamin deficenty, make sure your dog eats quality dry foods only and also for every week while it is eating the poo give it a ring of pineapple, seriously it works
