why do people in england eat differently than people in peru ?
every country has different type of food & diet
I visited istanbul and believe me their food taste fantastic ( the ottoman style )

They might also think that your food looks gross and to be honest, Western European food and American food IS gross. It may taste lovely but it is so not good for anyone or anything! The Turks are a middle-eastern country and so you have to expect a different diet.

American food looks gross to us. Most of the people who have been to Turkiye think that Turkish cuisine is KEBAP. That's very traditional and most of the tourists only have kebap when they are in Turkiye and it is a heavy dish made with meat and many spices. But in our daily life we do not eat kebap. What I have usually is a piece of grilled chicken or meat and salad. On the other hand teenagers are very much into fast food which is called as American culture in Turkiye. Hope it helps.

different resources are why they eat differently. They have different foods around their country plus our foods are probably terrible to them because they have never tasted it and never will. so you should think about their view before you ask a question like this but it still was a good one

They have a different culture than us so they eat different foods, for an example i am Jewish so we eat many different foods on the holidays and some may seem strange to you.
