My friend looks like a turkey. Arkadasim hindiye benziyor.
you look like a Turkey. (doesn't have a meaning)
My friend looks a like a Turkey. (doesn't have a meaning).
Because you can not say that someone looks like a country. The useage of capital T is changing the meaning.
