Most people cannot. Ebay allows a few people who are licensed alcohol dealers to sell wine on their sites. If you want to sell your wine on ebay, you should contact one of them and have them sell it for you.

You're better off going to a site like www.wine.com or www.winespectator.com and looking for a buyer. Those websites are a little more savvy about wine shipping. There are a lot of rules about shipping wine across states--several states do not allow interstate wine shipping and there are some states that allow wine shipping within the state, but not shipping or receiving wine from out of state.
