When i hear music that makes me want to dance, that gives me a huge confidence boost, people who complements me, just makes me suspicious of them and doesn't do anything for me. Also, when i make a joke, and someone gets it!!

there are. i dont know how but all of a sudden ill get the confidence in me n ill shoot. this specially happens when one teases me or says im gutless i hv no comfidence, to prove them wrong i get the confidence in me n i boost up.

Usually, it's when I get to tell off guys for disrespecting me as a woman. It happens an awful lot around here.

long shower,new haircut,smells,nice shirt with a few bob in my pocket and blast out favourite tune 5 mins before leaving ....unbeatable(prob is getting the combination of these all at the same time)

I would feel at my most confident having won the lottery and turning round to my mortgage provider saying to them ---"0hhhhh yes. how much do i owe you"

its a work in progress thing. i have low moments, but what helps is knowing i am loved and cared about. and most importantly you must like yourself and be honest of who you are, not just your good points but also your shortcomings. admit to your mistakes and try to improve yourself .
