I bought my computer at Walmart and it had been returned. The disk to install the drivers and programs was missing. I guess the previous owner kept it. I had problems with the computer from the beginning. The internet person installed some of the drivers but I am missing a program(Nero Express) that came with the computer. I really want it and I need the program and driver disk to get it back. A friend just bought the same computer and I was wondering if I could just use her disk to reinstall the factory settings, programs, and drivers???

Yes,you can use it but to download the nero express visit download.com and download the latest nero express and some other softwares and to download the drivers,visit www._.com(Your computers name in the middle).If it dont work,visit me on yahoo at jefalito@yahoo.co.uk

Yes you can as long as it is on an individual disk,if it is on somekind of restore disk for her computer it will not work.But you can buy nero express at www.bestbuy.com.Nero express is used for the purpose of burning software

no unless you hav that installer file u cannot install the file even you put it in your friends disk if u do not hav the setup.exe file you cannot install the file . . . .try downloading the file from internet and run the setup . . .
