I'm 4'10 and a half ft. [height]. . . I'm 18 and I work in a lawfirm. It's not as active as I'd like, but I get minimal excercise walking to run errands and climbing up and down ladders to file things. I'm starting to work out more regularly at home, but I would like to get down to the weight I'd like, maybe -15lbs or so? before I just "keep it steady".

I don't think you need weight watchers.

It depends on your age and how active your job is, but I would say around 20 points. However, depending on your height, I would say that you don't really need to worry about it. If you have only a few pounds you want to lose, it might be better to just get a little more exercise.

Okay, I went to the weight watchers' site and changed my weight to yours. I'm 33 and I couldn't change my age, so you might get an another point than me. I don't really know how it works. However, with an office job where you are sitting most of the time and 120 pounds you should eat 18 points per day. You also get 35 extra points per week to do as you like. Good luck!

That weight is usually healthy for a person of the height 5'1. So I would say you don't need weight watchers and should be able to eat whatever you want and if you want to eat healthy, you can. Honestly, you do not need to diet. If you are taller than 5'1, you are too thin. Go see a doctor to verify this. He or she will say the same thing. Best of Luck!
