Probably ranger (american and ROW) or f-series
Both are sold the world over and have been for years and are some of Ford's better selling vehicles
BTW.. Somethings to ponder....
The 1997-2004 "heritage" (the tenth generation here in the US) is still produced till this day for the Mexico market where it is a f-150 or F-250 (whereas the 11th genration is called the LOBO)
The 10th and 11th generations as they are known are actually built for the North American market only.. the rest of the world gets a 10th or 11th generation of the American Ford Super Duty as their F-series pickup.
There are two completely differenet Rangers.. One made for the american market, and another for the ROW (rest of world)

You should write about the make of vehicle that has been around the longest. Starting with the beginning of the vehicle and all the details of what made this come to be and then work your way to the present with pros and cons of the newer vehicles versus older ones. Like, these days, vehicles are more complicated and costly to work on due to the fact that everything is computerized now, versus in the past. Good luck!!

The best car to write an article on should have a flat surface and the paint color should be blue or black so if you push down on the pen too hard, and go thru the paper, the ink marks won't show up as badly!!!!

Well guess it depends on how much you know about cars, If not much you are going to have to research each make and model. The V.W.Beetle is always a good one, as its history goes back to before the 2nd world war, or there's the Mini, or Alfa's, and so it goes on. What car do you like the most, that's a good place to start, so long as you've done your research and know everything there is to know about it.
I think your spelling will need to improve before you take on this task.

Me personally would write on concept cars that were never built. Like the Pontiac Banshee, or the Dodge Copperhead. Just because its amazing to see the ideas of car manufacturers and wonder why they didn't put these cars into production (if there is no given reason anyway).
Some of these concept cars appear at car shows.
My personal favorite site to go to is:
www.conceptcarz.com
This site also gives details on many produced cars (like the 1970 Plymouth Cuda Hemi convertible) and exotic sports cars (Buggatti Veyron)
