I am losing weight and would like to tone those areas so I will look fabulous on my honeymoon cruise and in my wedding dress (and out of it as well)

First, losing unwanted body fat is a pre-requisite to toning. Since you are losing weight, I can only assume that you are already doing this.
For the abdominal muscles, you can try:
1. crunches
2. leg raises (aka leg lifts)
3. Hanging knee raises
4. sit ups (although these can be bad for your neck and back if done improperly - most people do them improperly)

For the thighs, you can try:
1. lunges
2. squats
3. leg presses
4. leg extensions (weighted)

The first three thigh exercises will also work your glutes (butt).

30-45 minutes of cardio. Running is the best.. followed by crunches, sit ups, sizzor kicks, etc...
