I like a girl at work, What would you do?

I Met this girl at work and I recently realised I have a crush on her, the thing is i'm worried about telling her becuase at the moment shes the only one I really talk to alot at work and if I told her and she said no then things might get awkard. Also I'm not too sure on how to go about letting her know, do I just ask her out on a date, offer to hang out sometime outside work so it doesn't seem too much like a date, or just tell her I like her.

Oh yeah I work in a pub so its a pretty tight working space its not like I could go all day without seeing her because we were in a big office or something.

Any advice in either seeing if I can find out if she does like me or what to do?

I would tell her, but try to keep it casual, else you might scare her off and end up embarrassing yourself. Ask her if she wants to hang out with you somewhere after work, or maybe get a group of people together and ask her to come along. Then you can see how things go. Hope it works out for you.

asking some1 out when you both work in a pub.my advice is dont ask her out for a drink.ask her if she would like to goto the movies or anywhere that isnt a drinking establishment.or you could just buy her some flowers .all she can say is no.so itll only be awkward if you make it awkward

Invite her casually to a non-working environment, like a Farmer's Fair or church activity. If she declines, you have your answer. If she accepts, go slow, find out if she's attached, and how she feels about relationships with coworkers. Keep it general. Her answers will tell you how to proceed.

Take her a rose into work, with a little note, saying fancy a date. Things couldnt be aquard then even if she does say no (anyway, what woman could resist someone asking like that?)

the no1 thing girls like in a man is HONESTY so just tell straight out wen your alone together and she how she reacts the worst she can say is I WANNA STAY M8S so if she don't feel for you in the same way you've still got your friendship

the best thing to do is let her know how you feel if she does not share the same feelings then you can make it more comfortable by continuing to be yourself and being as if there was no discussion at all
