Some people use apple cider vinegar to lose weight and treat health problems. Put a tablesppoon of it in a glass of water and drink it. It's really nasty though.

Researchers from Sweden's Lund University found that vinegar reduces the body's insulin response to a carbohydrate meal, thereby inducing a feeling of 'fullness' early on.

Health benefits claimed include lowering of cholesterol levels, improving circulation and countering fatigue.

Scientific research published over the past two years has also shown that acetic acid in vinegar is effective against high blood pressure

Vinegar slows the absorption of carbohydrates into the bloodstream but I haven't heard of it being used as an appetite suppressant...unless of course, it makes you so nauseated that you don't feel like eating.

Yes, but it will really upset your stomach, particularly with repeat usage. There are many supressants on the market that work without upsetting the stomach.
