Yes, call him. You said you were meant for each other.....something tells me that he is a little too shy and possibly you are too. Go ahead and call him and just make light conversation like, how have you been? hows it going? BUT dont ask him where have you been or why havent you called me. He will feel like your being a detective and he will get defensive. Just call and talk to him like you were ordering a pizza. Good luck with him.

When you are meant for someone then those two people work through any and everything to be together.And since you're not together anymore,I say you weren't meant to be together
