So I don't really know how I could meet any asian women. I'm american but for some reason I am most attracted to them. I live pretty close to chinatown so I know I could go there. Its just like I don't really know what to say to them. Anyone that could help me out it would be great.

haha I'm asian, so sweet. But yeah it sucks that you live in a mostly white area, maybe some place next to where you live has more diversity? If so then go there. Other than that, I can't really think of how you can find asian women other than over the internet....

Just ask them, "I think you're really cute, would you like to go out?"--just like any other girl.
How about--take a Chinese, Japanese or Korean language class... Then you can ask them in their own cultural language. Or possibly meet an asian girl--taking the language class. (many American born asians take the classes, usually becuase they plan to go back to Asia for a vacation--many will want to improve their own language skills.)
