It means that he likes you tremendously and can afford to give you nice things. That's it. If he's always been generous to you in the past two months, then this is simply that he's using the holiday to continue the trend. Appreciate the gifts, and don't read too much into his thoughtful gesture.

it means he knows that women like jewelry or that he has money to spend or that he thought enough of you to buy you a nice present he thoguht you would like. I would take it as a good sign and wear them with the love in which they were given....
