Being 100% honest there is no REAL way to avoid stretch marks no matter what anyone tells you! I put coco butter on religiuosly from DAY ONE I found out I was pregnant and did every other old wives tale to prevent stretch marks I could think of..and at 36 weeks I still have developed them on my hips and a few on my tummy! While the creams may help MINIMIZE them...nothing can stop them from coming if your prone to get them! Hope this helps...Good luck!

Well it all depends on Your DNA! Especially that of your mother's. Take a good look at your mother's side of the family, sisters, her mother, aunts, etc. Speak to them. In some cases, you can prepare the skin for ageing, pregnancy. But for the scientific gizmo's out there, it has never been proved to work. My advise to you is to drink plenty of water. Avoid "salts". Use a moisturizing cream regularly. I find "Ponds" to be the best all round moisturizer. Keep your skin clean. Especially your face. If pregnant, do Not Remove your bra! wear it all the time, day and night. Always give your breasts support. Hope I helped you out. Happy New Year.

Don't get pregnant!! lol Theres a thing called butter cream that works pretty well. Also cow balm, you can buy it at almost any pharmacy or even pet stores, works great!!!! Thats not the name of it, but if you ask them for it, they should know what your talking about!!!

well it depends if you are meant to have them or not!! My friend bathed in lotion and other " no stretch mark creams" and she had them bad. I used nothing and did not get any. I think you need to look at your mom and that is a good predictor!

You really can't...Stretch marks are genetic. If your mother or grandmother had them, You more than likely will as well.
