Probably a lortab
I have a prescription for them and that's what mine has on it. The generic name for it is hydrocodone. It's a pain pill.

It is Hydrocodone.
Hydrocodone or dihydrocodeinone (marketed as Vicodin, Anexsia, Dicodid, Hycodan, Hycomine, Lorcet, Lortab, Norco, Novahistex, Hydroco, Tussionex, Vicoprofen) is a semi-synthetic opioid derived from two of the naturally occurring opiates, codeine and thebaine. Hydrocodone is an orally active narcotic analgesic and antitussive.

It's probably Vicodin (diet pill) but you should dispense of it down the toilet or dissolve it in the sink and do away with it. There's no guarantee that the label on it is correct and besides, you should only handle medicines that are personally perscribed to you.
There are several pills that are harmful even if just handled by those who do not have a perscription for them.

As mentioned, it is generic Vicodin 5/500. It contains 5 mg hydrocodone and 500mg acetaminophen and is manufactured and distributed by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. It is a Schedule III controlled dangerous substance and possession without valid prescription is illegal.

You could have a doctor or nurse check the PDR, Physician's Desk Reference, and you would know 100% for sure.
It has pictures.
I had a copy last week but threw it out cleaning.

If so, then it's just a pain killer similar to tylenol.
