How long will it take (about) for my hair to grow 12 inches? What can I do to make it grow faster?

Since hair grows an average of 1cm a month it could take an about two years to grow 12 inches!!! But I take these pills that are called Hair Skin and Nails. Some may say they don't work but, I think they do. Although they were not created just to make hair grow faster that is a bonus in taking this dietary supplement!
They can be found at your local GNC!

Not sure how long it will take, but you could take the vitamin biotin, with iron and magnesium as well. That helps hair grow fast. There was an article about iron and hair growth last summer in the american journal of medicine. But if you're taking iron you must take magnesium to ensure your body absorbs it. Be sure to look at how much iron you are supposed to take in a day, because people have overdosed on it. I don't think there are any reported instances of people overdosing on biotin.

Your hair averages about 1cm a month in growth. You really can't do anything to make it grow faster. However there is a myth i heard one time. Trim it outside when a full moon is out. It's supposed to help somehow.

aside from eating a healthy diet I don't think there's any way to make hair grow faster. I guess you can take care of it so it doesn't break or get tangled so you keep the length you get?

it sounds weird but i have heard trimming your tips, makes it grow. also its winter hair grows faster and thicker.. so should nt be too long .. and there are vitamins you can buy like at those vitamin places (GNC) .good luck
