Any tanning is overdoing it. That is an extreme of it, but sooner or later all sun bathers will start to look like that if they aren't careful.

One tan is overtanning. I never ever tan and I always wear sunscreen. That picture is the exact reason why. I never want to look like that. Thanks for reminding me to use my sunscreen everyday. Happy New Year.
