Black &&Blonde?
I need a new hairstyle. I currently have dark brown hair with platinum blonde chunky streaks. I have a heart shaped face with pale skin and dark blue eyes. I have hair 1 1/2 inches off my shoulders. I would like this style

But a shorter version And the color black with a blonde streak and blonde tips. How would this be done? exColor,cut,highlight, or color,highlight,cut.
Do you think this hairstyle Is cool? Im going for something different. ^^ Best answer gets 10 POINTS hurry!

Don't dye it first, because you might cut off some color when you cut it, and your natural color will show. Cut, then color.

That is a really cool style i think it would look good with a blonde streak and tips!

that hairstyle is very cool and it would probably be done color,highlight,cut.
