Actually Wales is open 365 days a year, although there is a £5.10p charge to get in over the bridge, there is no charge to get out...well there is most people charge out like a herd of elephants, In fact a lot of people who pay on the toll bridge on the way in, throw money out of the window when leaving, even though there are no toll gates.

I live in Wales, I am not Welsh....I love it, but then I am strange.

Hi,
I got the clue to this, you must be wandering or wondering about Wales Castle...mmm? (yeah, I copied to someone here in the answers). ´Cause I really had not any idea about that article.

It is really interesting the idea of closing a region. Maybe we could close some regions in the world, until they recover the common sense, or the intelligence, simply. I am thinking in USA.
But it is not possible, so, forget it.

Ciao

No, its a miserable place at this time of year, so it sort of hibinates, until the milder weather arrives. Most of the folks head south for a bit of winter sun if they can.
