Eat more. I know this sounds stupid but just eat small snacks that don't contain more than 100 calories and it will actually get your metabolism working faster. Also exercise 30 - 40 mins 4-5 times a week. I hope this helps! x

I also have a really slow metabolism, and what i've found works the best is if you get a craving for something fatty, drink a cup of water and wait fifteen minutes. Usually it will go away.
Another thing that I've found works (but it takes a lot of focus on your part) is eating slowly and making sure to stop once you are no longer hungry. By doing this, you are not eating the excess food that can prevent you from losing weight.
It's good that you are excercising, because that helps a lot. Activities involving a lot of movement- dance, jogging, sports, are all very good for losing weight.
Good Luck!

Sea vegetables are high in iodine which can stimulate your thyroid (which is in charge of your metabolism) and coconut oil actually is used as evergy and is not stored as fat. It also stimulates your metabolism. Eating breakfast in the morning consisting of vegetables and proteins. Stop eating sugar and white flour. Those things, along with processed foods rob your body of your metabolism. Your body actually has to use its own metabolic enzymes to digest these things because they are void of nutrients and have been processed. It is best to eat raw vegetables and fruits which have their enzymes intact. This lessens the burden on your body.
Good luck!

If you exercise every day, you must be in pretty good shape. Crank it up a notch and invest in a heart rate monitor to make sure your exercise routine is really working for you.
And yes, eat more. 5 or even 6 meals a day of more or less equal caloric value. Don't go more than 3 hours w/out eating some small amount of protein, good fat and complex carb combo.

Maybe you need to look at what you are eating because the food choices you are choosing can make a difference. Fruits and veggies, lean meats, and cutting out sugars and processed foods will help, always thnk of what you are fueling your body with, look at the foods you eat and how you feel afterwards
