Everybody is going to tell you, "No."
And they're all wrong. They're sugarcoating the truth.
Love in a relationship is about more than just your personality, your soul... it's about your body. It's about attraction.
Attraction + complimentary personalities = good relationship.
If you take away the attraction, you have a relationship that's lacking. Sorry to say it, but if you dont have the hots for your woman... you've got problems.

there's a yes and a no answer to this question, so i'm going to start off with the yes answer, when a man meets you and he falls in love with you, then whatever you presented to him the first time he fell in love with you is what he always want to see, if he is satified with you then you should be satified with yourself. now the no answer.. if a man really love you he doesn't care what you look like he just love you most men don't like skinny women because theirs nothing to hold on to when your making love, most men like them cute in the face and thick in the waist not you looking like you sick, so what he's trying to let you know that he loves you just the way you are and when you lose weight the feeling that he gets when ever you and him connect, may not be there anymore due to you loosing weight, loosing weight can cause a change through out the hold body. things that use to feel good and look good to him might not be viewed as the same when you lose weight, so if i were you i'll just stay the way he loves to see me

Depends why you lost weight. If it was because of drugs or any unatural means than I know plenty of guys who just turn around and leave, there is something....unatural about that. But if you decided to work out, slim down or just go on a diet and be natural and healthy and he leaves you because of that, do you really want someone like that? Even if he did love you (which I highly doubt) and you decided to stay with him you would have to stay the exact same at all times to make him happy. That's not a way to live in my opinion

Is he telling you he will leave you if you don't loose weight? Sounds kind of controlling, sort of like little kids, if you don't play my way I won't be your friend....Let him go, he is telling you how he is. If you did loose weight just to make him happy, more than likely he would want somethign else next. You need someone who loves you for you. If you are gaining a lot of weight, check out if there is a medical reason (thyroid for example) or if your stress level has changed or if you are gaining weight to test him to see if he would really do it. To answer your question No, I don't think a man loves you if he will leave you over loosing weight. When you truly love someone you love them for who they are, not for how they look.

It is possible for a person to become unattracted to their loved one if a major weight change occurs and still love them.
Sexual attraction is an important part of a long term relationship.
But it varies widely in importance to different people.
If a person is no longer attracted to you, they may still love you.
All attempts should be made to work through the problem together by diet and exercise before it is too late.

Sorry, no.
To leave only because of weight is a very poor excuse.
The whole "love is blind" thing comes to mind.
The only reason I can see is if a woman complains about her weight and does nothing about it. Then, the guy only hears complaining and nobody wants to hear that everyday.

not at all. he will rather press on and help you lose weight in a very lovely way.
it doesnt mean you should break up with him. maybe he also thinks if you love him you will fight for him so if you do then fight for him.
who knows?
maybe he is testing your love.
watch it
it happened to me before but i didnt mess up so dont you!

Some people can't handle/or support gluttony. That's how they see it. As a health issue. You know if one doesn't love themselves enough first how can they care for others very well.
