If you see asian computers with Vista already, chances are that it is a very pirated version. Vista will not release at all before January 30th. And that's in North America first.
Being Asian myself it's a shame to see so many pirates from there.

nop its not released. but its transformation pack is available which gives vista look for ur xp.
