A friend of mine had been heavily flirting, so I asked her on AIM if she liked me. She said she saw me as a good friend, and I told her I thought we had a good relationship as friends. I also told her that her flirting was causing me to start to like her. She then asked me again and again over the next few weeks what more I wanted from our relationship. She even apologized for asking after asking about four times. Why did she keep asking that?

Because you weren't giving her the answer she wanted.

Maybe she's feeling a little awkward after you said that you were starting to like her. Of course, if she was flirting as heavily as you say, she may be liking you. It sounds as if she might be scared of risking a good friendship for the possibility of a relationship. I've always found that the best relationships are the ones with friends, but if something goes wrong and you split up, then it's really difficult to go back to being "just friends."

Duh...she is interested in you as more than a friend as you gave her the hint that "you were starting to like her". She is a good friend being that she apologized for asking and four times because she is afraid she has misconstrued your intent. It sounds like you really don't know what you want. If you want her, go for it, if not and you are confused and not sure, be honest with her as she has already shown she is a good friend to you.

it sounds like he can't make up his mind, and he wants to let you go but not fully. I think you should move on just to show him he can't have you waiting around like that. It'll be hard but delete his number don't talk, loose contact. Out of sight out of mind. Your hurting yourself by sticking around believe me try and move on

I agree with the first guy. She may just be wanting to get into your pants ( Hey, girls can be superficial too, don't forget or you might get hurt.) Anyway you should find out if she really wants to be with you...or other. You know?

Most woman keep asking if they don't understand the answer or they don't like the answer given. So, ask her which one. Lack of communication is my guess.

Maybe she keeps asking because YOU don't answer. Ever thought about that? Women are very verbel with words. Be honest and tell her if you want anything more from ya'lls relationship such as committment to each other or are ya'll going to see other people. Duh. . . .

Maybe she really likes you and doesn't want to let you know unless she knows you feel the same way

She is not sure what you want, if you could tell her straight in the face what you want , maybe she would not be so insecure.
