good, as long as you don't use oil when cooking them. Spray the pan with non-stick cooking spray. And not eat them with bacon :)

FYI: there are 92 calories in one egg, but they are relatively high in fat. 7g.

Is Scrambled Egg Healthy

Absolutely the best diet for anybody is a well balanced one, and the food pyramid is an excellent guide to go by for how to balance the proper amounts of food categories during your day.
Eggs, of course, come under the "dairy" category, but, like everything else, you alter the equation every time you add something in the cooking, or preparation process - like the wrong kind of oil for cooking, or too much of it as in deep frying. Or slathering a very healthy mixed salad with a ton of heavy-calorie dressing.
Another thing people always forget when they get into serious dieting is that as much as YOU want to lose weight, your vitally important body organs have to go on receiving the nutrition that THEY need to function. People who starve themselves to lose the weight, don't realise that they are also starving the heart, liver, lungs, kidneys, brain etc. etc. This is why dieting isn't about not eating, it's about cutting down on portion size, and cutting out "empty calories" - the junk food that is very high in calorie value, but has little or no nutrition value at all. You don't ever need any fancy, pricey, fashionable "Diet Plan" to lose weight. You just need the right information and plain ole common sense.

Depends which diet you are following - if it is Atkins or South Beach Diet - Scrambled Eggs are an excellent breakfast

If you are following a low fat diet - A couple of Scramble Eggs a week are OK, but shouldn't be your every day breakfast

I was losing weight by eating a 1/4 cup of Egg Beaters scrambled each morning ~1.5-2 pounds per week

It depends on how you make them... The best way is with a non-fat cooking spray like PAM. Depending on what diet type you are following, it could be best to use a 1 whole egg to 2 egg white ratio. But the amount of protein from a single egg is extremely good. That's why most dieters and body builders eat them as a snack in the hard boiled fashion. Like I said, it just depends.

Here is a pretty low fat recipe for scrambled eggs:

2 eggs
1 tbsp milk
1 heaped tbsp cottage cheese (pref. low fat)
1 tbsp chives
seasoning

Begin by beating the eggs in a bowl, together with a good seasoning of salt and pepper. Now place the saucepan over a gentle heat, then add the milk to moisten the pan, whirling it around the edges. Add the eggs and, using a wooden fork or pointed wooden spoon, briskly stir backwards and forwards through the liquid egg. Keep on scrambling until three-quarters of the egg is a creamy, solid mass and a quarter is still liquid. Now add the quark or cottage cheese and chives and continue to scramble, then remove the pan from the heat and continue scrambling until no liquid egg is left.

Eat them up quick or they get kinda hard.

Good luck!

They are good, but like everything, use in moderation. They are very high in protein, relatively low in calories, but high in cholesterol.
Best to use eggs instead of meat, rather than with meat, if attempting to lose weight. And eat a variety of other foods as well; any diet that doesn't include variety is sure to fail, so set yourself up for success by eating lots of different foods.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://tinyurl.im/aHLuM

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Good for a diet if you dont add milk or butter, also eat with dry toast preferably whole meal bread. There is a egg diet available that you can only do for a week and your supposed to lose a stone!

I personally think good. You don't need to eat many to feel full. Two eggs (not counting any oil) have about 150 calories. Only 150 calories and you likely will last to lunch no problem. Maybe some strawberries or something too. Yum. Super-high in protein. But especially if you eat hard-boiled eggs, you can fart up a storm!

For most diet plans, eggs cooked in any way (without fat added) are recommended. They are high in protein and contain vitamins and minerals which the body needs. because they are high in protein they make you feel satiated and full up.

I think that they usually recommend no more than 8 in a week however. I think too many eggs can give you constipation so that is probably the main reason.
