The name should have meaning for you. My birds have names that are ethnic in nature and also the names of my favorite movie characters (Frodo). I don't know where Will & Bev came from, but your pets will respond to their names, make it something you like, something that doesn't sound like another pets name. Make it individual and appealing. If you like the name, chances are you will inter-act with the pet more and the more attention you give the pet, the happier the pet will be. Happy pets make happy homes or vise versa.

depends on the kind of bird in all honesty.
a macaw should be called something like Jazz or something else snazzy.
a budgie needs something like Peter or Pedro something more human.
an african grey needs something like George or Travis aged but not old sounding.
an amazon, parakeet or lorikeet needs something snappy like Pip or something ending in T.
if its a bird of prey then owl needs a soft sounding name like mumble or bramble, a falcon needs an aggressive name like snap, an eagle needs a nobler sound to it like boris, a hawk or some other kind of bop needs a humble but catchy name like stella or badger.
