I'm living in Oklahoma. Since I have got my learner permit, I had failed the driving test two times. Recently, I have just realized that my learner permit was expired two weeks ago.
Can I update it, or do I have to retake the writting test again? If so,
right after I pass the writting test, can I take the driving test right
away?
Thank you

In general (I live in Ca. so this may be different for you, but..) when a learner permit expires there is no renewal.

You go back to the start of the line, pay the application fee and start over.

In between you should start practicing on what you are doing wrong. Driving a car is not a really tough thing to do.. it just takes some start up practice.

Work on it.. and you will do fine.

depends on your state but check the local dmv. you might have to pay a fee to reinstate it.

If you've failed twice, perhaps you need some professional lessons. Are you in school, and have you done driver's ed classes?
