My arms are abnormally large compared to the size of my body. A lot of it is muscle due to the sports I used to play. However, I quit, so how can I slim down my arms now?

I know how you feel! My arms are like tanks...! The only thing I can tell you is learn to love 'em. I used to be really self-concious of my arms, I always wore coats/jackets and kept them out of sight. Everybody would tease me and call me Mrs. Arnold Schwartsinager (sp!!) if I let them see to much; they still call me that, but I have learned to love my muscles and dont mind anymore. Hey, I can lift more than 75% of the guys in my school and there is only one who I cant beat at arm wrestling! Just love yourself!

dumbells will do. those 9lbs will do. Use 2 hands on one dumbell, positioned is over ur head and pass it down in the direction of the back of the neck then back as much as the unique place. Do 3 contraptions of 10 each and every morning and night. boost as quickly as u are good sufficient. it is going to take those fat off in 3 weeks if u do it top.

It is never healthy to lose muscle. Try hiding it by dressing smarter. Cover it with long sleeve clothing or bring the attention to the lower part of you.
