we have a daughter togerther and we've been together for five years he has just gone back to afghanistan and is going to apply for the visa from the embassy out there what is his chance of coming back fairly quickly to the uk?

Why don't you go to Afghanistan, ponce off of them or as the p.c mob put it "add to their economy", make their country a multi-cultural haven. It's worked here, we all live in peace and harmony....................

Take no notice of these nasty answers .you have as much right as any of them to be married to who you want I dont really understand much about it ,but maybe you could see your MPor something to try to get it speeded up .if you have been married 5 years and have a child he should be entitled to live here
These people should understand that there are 5 million british ex pats living abroad they wouldn`t like it if they all got sent back here either. Migration is a world wide thing so they might as well get used to it
