I don't think men have a problem saying "I love you" first. Maybe you have just been dating the sorts of men that don't like to be emotionally expressive or who were not actually in love with you.

Well..
many reasons
a) the fear of rejection
b) awkwardness
c) the fear of losing the one they love the most
d) lets face it ___ some men just use women and they dont truly have any feelings for them
e) how to begin? this is one of the most common problems encountered.....
Other than that, it's all good in the hood

See people have it all wrong. They say that women are insecure that our men do not feel the same way as we do. But in all reality the men are the ones who are insecure. They are scared to say it first because what if we do not feel the same way. That would make them feel rejected and their friend wound nag them forever about it. See us women are more loving to our friends and we understand and help them through it.

Men are generally take the initiative to ask a woman out, to initiate the first kiss, etc etc etc...
Can't you ladies take ONE thing first?
Actually, I think it is ultimately the fear of rejection. Women send off start non verbal communications a lot of times that leave the man wondering. Is she in love with me or is she trying to pass gas?

hmm first of all HAPPY NEW YEAR n then look am a BOY and i like some one but its so hard for me to tell her that I LOVE U cozz i think she will just reject me or just will snap me its so difficult to propose a girl.

probably because they're insecure with their feelings and are afraid of being rejected; they don't want to reveal their true feelings just to find out that you don't love them, too.
