I want to lose the weight fast and safe?

Well, forget about Fast and Safe. The only way to trully lose weight is to burn it off. Exercise as much as you can. Also, avoid your weight scale. They are useless because really healthy people will have more muscle than fat on their bodies and muscle weighs more than fat. So your scale will say you are getting heavier even though you are losing fat.

Try to eat 6 small meals a day, paying attention to what you are eating (watch the calorie intake, some foods have a lot more calories than you would think!)

Really try to put in as much exercise as possible!!

See your doctor so that you can lose weight in a healthy manner, and this will also help keep it off. I've heard that the South beach diet is an excellent way to lose weight in a very healthy manner. It is great for keeping a healthy heart and lifestyle, though i've never been on it.

just exersize and watch how much you eat. dont start i diet because when you achive your idea weight your gonna want to stop the diet and return to the foods you love so i wouldnt change your diet alot unless you normally fill up on sugary stuff i went from 213 wearing 18s to 160 wearing 11/12s just by doing teabo videos 3 days aweek and walking 30 mins a day i would walk one day and do teabo video the next i switched off from day to day so i wouldnt get to bored with the vidoe or the walking. and i ate what i want just stopped eating when i felt satisfied and i stopped drinking sodas for good i drink nothing but water and milk. water helps speed up your digestive system it helps break down food easier and quicker. i still ate sweets some times not all the time and i would get a candy bar or snack cake and just eat half and give the other half to my bf so i wouldnt eat the whole thing but thats all i did and i lost alot of weight

hey it's not too tough to lose 60 pounds just eat in the right manner, jog a lot, and use apploances like the slim sauna belt, ab king pro, and if u want u can even go to the gym and start doing specific weight reducing exercise

Exercise of course, only small meals. Stay away from fattening foods such as potatoes.
