Jeans, slacks, or a skirt, and a blouse or button-down top or a nice sweater. Basically clean, not too well-worn, not wrinkled, and flattering. Dark colors, or mostly dark with one bright piece.

I need some more details.
Are we talking business casual? If that's the case. Dress slacks and a simple shirt should do the trick. And stick with flats, not heels.
