lose weight? How long should it take for me to lose 20 lbs? During my exercise I walk on the tread mill for 30 minutes and do crunches.
PLEASE JUST ANSWER MY QUESTION!
AND I DONT WANT ANY COMMENTS ABOUT THE DANGERS OF THIS DIET BECAUSE I AM FULLY AWARE OF EVERYTHING! THIS DIET IS USED FOR ME FOR A KICK START! :)

Am I still losing weight if I urinate constantly but dont really have any bowel movements?

Your excercise is not enough. After about a week of the same excercise routine try a high cardio workout with resistance training twice a week. I bet, it really really helps, trust me on this one.
If you dont have bowel movements its cos your body is collecting the food in your intestines. The best way to have a bowel movement during such a diet is to drink 16 ounces of lukewarm water and do in place jogging for 5 mins in the morning right after you wake up. That will SURELY produce bowel movements.

If not take enema once in two days. But do not take enema more than 5 times in a month. I used to take enema initially on grapefruit diet but later switched to warm water drinking which did produce bowel movement without enema.

Sorry but however long it takes, you'll lose it back.

Seriously if you want to lose weight easily, take the GI Diet which you will find much easier (but slower) but PERMANENT. (Your kick start won't work because you'll get your weight back almost immediately.)

This diet will help you loose weight on the scale, but unfortunately it will be about 80% water weight, and as soon as you start eating regularly again, the weight will come back on with in a week or so..... You should plan on loosing about 2-3 pounds a week with a regular diet and excersize plan. I would assume that this particular diet will help you loose the weight faster. But as stated above, this will be very temperary

well you won't lose 20 lbs of fat on that diet but you might see 20 lbs on the scale. most likely you will end up with a higher body fat percentage at the end of your diet so you will weigh less but be fatter...

Extend your workouts to 1 hour, then report back.. This should help you to lose the weight a little faster.
