If she is unfit to care for children after they are born, can you trust her not to harm them during pregnancy? Are you saying that you knew she was an unfit mother and intentionally got her pregnant so you could take the (multiple?) kids from her? I mean, unless she had twins, you had to wait a bit for there to be more than one kid. I think those who are interpreting you this way are misunderstanding.
If I understand, you got her preg (intentionally or unintentionally, who cares) discovered she was an unfit mother as you watched her parenting, then took the kids, presumably for their own safety.
Well, if you acted in the interest of your children, how could you be wrong?

It depends on how unfit she truly is. Are you making up accusations because you want to torment her? Or is she a heavy drug user? Depending on the circumstances its hard to prove an unfit mother. Unless she is doing drugs, drinking and/or smoking while pregnant you will most likely not get the baby. And if that is the case, you should probably take her to a hospital cause she's screwing up your baby.

Are you willing to risk getting this woman pregnant, then the state telling you no you cannot have this child? Could you emotionally handle them telling that you got her pregnant my disception with alterior motives and place the child in foster care? Most states it is hard to prove a mother unfit even if you have loads and loads of evidence. At most you would get temporary custody while the mother fixes the problem. Your question is more of a moral issue and you need to really think about the long term effects of the child.

It depends on if she's TRULY unfit or just so in your eyes. A lot of people don't like their ex-girlfriends and find many faults. Doesn't actually mean she's unfit. I would say if you truly believe the child is in harms way being with her, then yes, you have a duty to bring that to the attention of the law. Just have a really good case when you go to court...... and then let them make the decision.

Why would you impregnate a women who was unfit to raise kids? Why?
B-I-R-T-H C-O-N-T-R-O-L look for it, there are lots of different kinds.
To answer your question, No, you would not be right. That's kind of like saying "If I gave a crack addict some crack and then had them arrested, would I be right in doing so?"
As another wise person here said, it would make you as unfit to be the father.

I would say, if you knowingly impregnate a woman you know can't handle kids, you would be as unfit a father as she would be an unfit mother.

Did you know she was unfit when you had sex with her and got her pregnant?
I think saving children from unfit parents is pretty much always justified.

I hope you did not intentionally get her pregnant. If she is truely unfit, you should take your children away. They are your responsibility, and you should not leave them in a situation where something could happen to them. Good Luck.

Not the best way to become a father.... that being said, accidents happen. If the child is coming and you can give him/her a better life, you're justified. Just hope the courts agree with you....
