Try a semi-permanent stain, you can get them at goth shops like Hot Topics or Spencer's Gifts in the mall. They won't bleach your hair. But if you want extremely natural, there is another question on here about lemon bleaching. It'll work but it's a pain.

try strong coffee or tea
for a darker shade or lemon juice and a blow dryer for lighter color

try a lemon...however u would have to sit out in the sun for a while....
