My husband and I have been sepertaed and one day I was in a good mood and I sat down to write him a letter. And i started writing how much I have always loved him and the kids and I have always had the best of intensions and I started getting this bad feeling that I was gonna die and that God might have been having me to write this letter because i was going to die and my husband needed to know how I felt. And I got scared and had a panic attack. And every since that day I keep getting this bad feeling that I am going to die soon. Most everyone says that it is Satan puting this fear in me. And I want to believe that but i sometimes doubt it. Please help????

No, because there is no God. Satan doesn't exist either. You're just in a weird mood. Don't worry about it. It's a natural feeling to have when you are separated from loved ones.

1st off...get better friends. A true friends initial responce and demenor thru the entire experience should remain completely supportive and most importantly, optimistic for the good around you. To answer your question.......
This is how to tell where the influence is coming from. From God or the Devil. If this is the 1st time in your life youve ever felt this way....then its from God. God very rarely repeats the same sets of experiences in a single life. If this has happened before...say....3, 4, or 5, or higher....times, then you most definently are being influenced by the devils ways. If this is the case....this can be changed by changing your ways of veiw. Not just what you see, but how you see it.

I don't know your religion and have no intention whatsoever to push my belief on your side, but i do recognize this..
In Islam, such is called "hidayah", which means "God's guidance". And it's supposed to lead you to a better phase in life, which is the phase of acknowledging your flaws and making the best use of your competence in anything. Particularly, in the relationship you have with God, family and broken knots :)
I had that same thing happening to me in November 2005. Within the first 6 months I was dillusional and constantly had anxiety attacks over it. But I was awaken by my own conscious, and started realizing that if my time IS coming near, the least I can do is make up for the bads, do better in the goods, and stay away from the warned/doubtfuls :)
Don't panic :) Our death is not our ending. We have to make the best exit, and such is done by presenting a legacy and the best of memories for our children and childrens' children :)

Um..no. At first I was with you because some people feel when they're dying RIGHT BEFORE they die. I know this because right before my 16 year old cousin passed, she was very combative, fighting and kicking out of nowhere. I think she sensed something within her body that scared her - death. She was gone soon thereafter.

In your case, I don't think we get warned days and weeks that we're dying. I think you are creating anxiety by thinking about it too much because you're looking back on your life at this time.

Relax and enjoy life because you never know one way or the other. No sense in obsessing over that which is unknown.

i do believe that some people know when it is their time ... i have seen this a few times
however
i also know people who fear death on a daily basis even though they are young and healthy and have no reason to worry
i would not read anything into this sweetheart other than a very natural fear
just live life to the full and enjoy every minute
so that when it is your time to go ( and very likely not for a great time yet ) .... you will have many memories of a wonderful life xxx

No offense meant but you really need to go see a doctor cause panic attacks may be symptoms of something else. God does not want anyone of us to die (Acts 10:34-35). Please take extra care of your health.

My Christian friend went out yesterday on a small errand and hit a car head-on and died. No warning.
