Your gums are bleeding due to inflamation. The best thing to do would be to floss on a regular basis. You will continue to have bleeding for a bit but the gums will begin to reduce after about a week of regular flossing, rinsing with a non alcoholic mouth rinse and brushing 2x daily with a soft brissled tooth brush..

Are you brushing too hard? Or use a toothbrush with hard bristles? You may need to switch to soft, or extra soft bristles to be gentler on your gums. Also, if you don't floss regularly you may have a bit of gingivitis paying you a visit. Brush a little softer, use softer bristles and floss everyday and if the bleeding does not stop after a while, I suggest you go see your dentist.

Your gums are bleeding as this is a warning sign of gingivitis. This is why you need to use dental floss. Dental floss removes bacteria and food particles at the gum line. Once you begin a program of dental flossing for a period of time, the bleeding should stop. If it doesn't, then see a dentist.

Buy a "soft" toothbrush and brush not only your teeth but your gums too. Floss every day. Talk to your dentist, see if there is anything else that they recommend.

Use dental floss. It will bleed at first but then it should stop (after a few days) as the gums get healthier.

Go to your dentist because it sounds like gingivitis. You need t oget it checked out so your dentist can determine how far the stage is and what to do to get rid of it. In most cases, you can get rid of it pretty quickly by brushing ur gums really hard. Still, go to a dentist to make sure.

You need to see the dentist soon and get your teeth checked. It sounds like you have the start of gingivitis. Start brushing your teeth with listerine instead of tooth paste and see your dentist soon and get your teeth checked.
