I was babysitting on New Years, and the girl I babysit for lets her boyfriend live with her. Well I woke up in the middle of the night and he was sitting there watching me sleep. He was taking pictures of me.
And he has this weird obsession with feet....and he started playing with my feet and kissing them...He thought I was sleeping. Then it happened again early in the morning. I told the girl that I babysit for, and all she did was erase the pics of me from his camera phone, and told him to say sorry. Yeah, she lost trust in him. But she didnt really do anything about it.
And I was wondering if I should do anything about it or what????
hes is in his late 20's or early 30's

Well, technically it was assualt by contact, and the fact you were sleeping and it was photographed adds to offense. You could bring legal charges.
However, nothing really happened, he probably was hoping you might become aroused or show interest- i dunno maybe he is just a weirdo? anyway, don't ever go back there or i guarantee you'll risk a similiar or likely worse situation with this guy.

YES! Please call the police. The moment he took pictures of you without your consent he was breaking the law. The moment he touched you without your consent he was committing assault and battery. Odds are he is a sexual predator, and he could do something worse to someone else. Even if he isn't, he still violated your privacy. The best thing you can do is call the police and let them know. It might help save someone else from a worse fate. You are a brave woman to inquire about this! It can be a very scary thing, and I hope it works out for the best. Good luck!
P.S. Even if he is not arrested, having this information on record is invaluable for the police should they need to investigate him for anything else he does. It is better to be safe than sorry.

First I would inform your parents, next I would not babysit for them again, I would make a report to the police, because he will do this again and again and to others until he is stopped, he will think if he gets away with this once he will again. And if any of your friends are babysitting for them, I would tell all of them, you may not be the only one, but you DO need to speak out.

I don't think the cops will follow through with an arrest for this. It's still creepy and if he doesn't respect you or his girl, then he's probably not the best person for your kids to be around either. Just stay away from this creep. If he does something else then I would call the cops.
If you're under 18 call the cops and tell your parents. It's crime if you're a juvenile.

i would start by telling your parents. they need to know what is going on. then i would have them go with you to tell the police. if that man would do that, he could do more. and you don't want to wait until something worse happens to someone else. this guy sounds sick. you shouldn't be going over there any more. i would stay far away from both of them.
i am glad to see that you are doing something about it and not just ignoring it. people need to stand up against creeps like that!!!

how old are you? if you are under 18 you should tell a parent and don't babysit for this person again. if your over 18 i would use your best judgment on if you should call the police or not. but i would definitely not go over there again

Yes. By definition you were sexually assaulted by an adult, and you need to notify the police and if you have not already done so; tell your parents.
You do have proof - He took pictures. Even deleted pictures can be recovered if the police want to go forward with this.

OMG the dude is probley a total perv, I truley hope that for the sake of this girls kids he hasnt been molesting them I STRONGLY urge you to report this to someone because later on down the road should a case againt him come up for child abuse your story will help with putting him away!!

I wouldnt take a chance on babysitting for them anymore. As far as turning him in, I dont think they will do anything for you. My advice would be to just stay away from him.

How much did this bother u? Is he's a friend of yours too? Police, You will file a harassment & invasion of privacy charges. It will cost him $ it could cost you something more valauble, a friendship. You lady are faced with a difficult dicesion. I hope this helped you some..
