It is better for the dogs, and the gross pet overpopulation to have them neutered. Why do you want to beed a dog?

You are using your 10-month-old dog for stud already? That's pretty early to do it.
Since the cousin is only 10 weeks, he is probably humping to show dominance and not for any sexual reason. Your other pug is probably not humping since he is the least dominant of your males. Your dog should eventually stop humping as the pup accepts his dominance and your dog feels more secure.
However, make sure you get the female fixed or you separate them before she is 6 months old so you don't get inbred puppies. Your best bet would be to go ahead and get the male fixed too! It would make him a better pet.

I have a pug who is 1 and a half. He is neutered and still occasionally likes to hump people's legs so getting ur pug fix won't completely solve ur problem. it will just make it a little less often.

If you are using a 10 month old pug as a stud, you are not a reputable breeder. It's a dominance issue, just stop it every time you see it. It's normal behavior.

If you want to end the problem of your older male pug riding the other, you should get him Neutered.
It will be easier for him in the long run, he will also live a longer healthier life.

studding out a dog is a costly investment - to do it properly you need to take him to shows to prove he is an excellent example of the breed WORTHY of passing on his genetics..
if you are not going to be doing this then you are not better than a puppy mill breeder -breeding only for selfish reasons and not the betterment of the breed
do the poor dog a favor - neuter him.. he wont have the risk of testicular cancer and will be happier overall

Keep them seperated if you don't want them hump and you're not willing to get them fixed. A dog humping that earlier is not doing i for sexual reasons but to express dominance but it won't get any better as he does hit his sexual maturity if he doesn't get fixed.

Well, this is defiantly a predicament! You should buy him a teddy bear! lol. Or, you could get a female pug, and breed them. My cat has a little teddy bear, so I can relate.

Don't "stud" your dog. Neuter him. It will solve these issues for you.
You should really spay and neuter all your pets.
