I would love to get my b/f a titanium ring to wear on his wedding ring finger until we get married and get our proper wedding bands, sort of like an engagement ring. Anyway, I need opinions on which ring to get:

In old traditional ways a ring is propsed to a wife to be to wear until marriage, showing that she is unavailable. This was accepted many years ago and it wouldnt be unusual for the husband to be to have several other girls on the go at the same time, but which he doesnt seem fit to be a wife. Back then a good wife would be woman who could cook, clean, wash, iron produce and raise children to the same levels. This yet again was accepted.

However times have changed and I for one think that a man wearing an engagement ring is a fantastic idea, and I think Picture no 3 is the best out of the selection you choose for us to view. It's plain but elegant, Ideal for a man who is dedicated to one woman, and isnt scared to show it even before marriage.

Uncertain as I did not look at these rings. But just wanted to say that you need to be careful when purchasing a titanium ring, especially of buying online. Reason is that you have to get the correct size as they cannot be sized. My fiance and I were looking at these also but feared that may have problems along the line if finger size ever changed because of this reason. Regardless best of luck on both your purchase and upcoming marriage.

I like the 4th one.But you need to consider what type of work that he does before you purchase a ring. If he repairs cars or trucks or drives a truck it would have to be a stronger type of metal so that it doesnt bend or get mishapen over time.Good luck with your up coming marriage.

Whichever you want works fine.

To unknown, what do you think a FEMALE engagement ring is supposed to be? Why should we women have to go "advertising" our engagement, when the men run around looking free as a bird? Of course he's claimed! He's ENGAGED.

if you really want to go with one of those then I suggest either the 1st or 3rd, but I would get him something different. they look too much like a wedding ring. I got my husband a ring before we got married too. its white gold with a diamond in the corner and his initial on it. it only cost me $100 and it didnt look like a wedding ring. I also dont suggest titanium either, but its up to you.

I like the second one too. I am trying to think of the future. Get him a ring that he can switch to another finger after the two of you get married.
