when the language and questions/answers are not that of anyone
with any intelligence ?I s anyone else sick of this .It suppose to be meant for the sake of interest ...not for spreading hate. I'm sure if they looked at themselves in a mirror they are lacking more than most (don't just mean that physically )

Sorry I am not new to the internet to answer one person on her . As I have had the internet since 1991 ...difference between you and me is that I don't feel just because you can hide your identity behind a computer gives you the right to be rude obnoxious and act uncivilized

You seem new to the internet. Every since the invention of the internet chat, messenger, and now this, there has been a lot of rude people. However, most people that are rude on this probably do have boring dead end jobs or go to some sort of school where they don't enjoy learning boring subjects to begin with. So, people have to vent their frustration and anger somewhere. The internet is the perfect place. To make fun of a total stranger is safer than making fun of your boss or someone you know physically. Most people just don't care enough about other people anymore when they already have their own problems daily. Internet is a big venting machine.

Because no one would listen to a rant face to face with them nor take them seriously.
Basically no one wants to listen to them so out here they have a semi captive audience.
Anyone can slur people and use derogatory comments about others with no consequence.
It makes them feel smarter but actually shows lack of appreciation for intelligent persons.
Happy New Year.

Participating in a forum provides a measure of anonymity that brings out both the best and the worst in the comments that are made.
We have the same problem with our local forum on issues presented in the newspaper in our county.

It isn't uncivilized to point out to someone that their spelling and grammar are horrible (to whit, you might want to check yours out). Since there is a "check spelling" button in the upper right-hand corner, there really isn't any need to screw up. It makes it very difficult to try and decipher what some moron is trying to ask/answer. And, for the record, there are a fair number of questions on here that deserve rude answers.

I'm giving you a thumbs up on this question! Sometimes people try to tear others down to build up their OWN egos. That's probably what's happening here.

I agree with you but we can't hide behind the fact that the world is full of stupid people. I have been reported a few times for saying similar to you because people are like hey she is complaining so lets give her more to complain about and the flag your question then Yahoo threatens to cancel your account. God Bless America.

its pretty typical of a forum of this sort, where people can post faceless comments.
you will always get people who try to make themselves feel superior to others by being rude to others and acting intelligent. its pretty sad, really. I just ignore them.
