i know that there are guys who like me but the relationships wont work out cause the guys who like me live far away, have GF or are to old!! how can i get a BF??

seriously, I'm not being funny - the secret to getting a boyfriend is to give up wanting one! Independence and self-confidence are SO attractive to men.
All of my boyfriends have come along jsut after I (sinscerely) decided "**** them! I don't WANT a bf!" - this also meant I waited before going out with them because I had said I was going to stay single.
It's a good Philosophy, works too.

The moment you begin to ask yourself or people around you "how can I get a BF?", there isn't something right. Please step back for a moment and consider that.
Relationships happen. It just isn't about you that you aren't in a relationship yet. Be positive and go on with your life. You'll definitely meet someone that's not just a BF that fits your description of not being too far away, or too old, or that hasn't a girl-friend. You will develop a relationship with someone that's perfect for you in all ways.
Someone who loves you for who you are, isn't judgemental, who can really care for you in every way possible, and is willing to take the time and effort to develop a relationship with you. That'll happen. You just have to be patient darling. Especially in relationships, patience is a virtue. And being confident and having a great deal of trust in yourself definitely shows up in your personality.
Please remain strong, positive, and trust and love yourself. There's definitely someone for you out there who'll love you for those traits :-)

Well, going out hunting usually doesn't work, if anything it makes you look unattractive (and I'm not talking about looks here), it makes you seem desperate....
Waiting is better, you know, wait until a guy makes contact with you, and then you can respond...
About the long distance thing... Be careful!
If you're thinking too much about having a boyfriend... It could make you settle for anything that comes along, so... Just relax, it will happen eventually, and when it does, it'll be wonderful ;-)

Why do you need a bf anyway? But just be yourself. Because if you dont you wont really be happy with who ever you find

if you are still in school I would start there and get know some guys and have som,e guy friends and I had a guy liked me for 3 years and each year I said no. This 4th year I said yes and we are very happy together.

You know what to do....be yourself and you will find the guys coming over to you to talk to you. Just be yourself and smile alot. Be a fun girl to hang around and be honest. Good luck!

All you have to do is be aggressive and approach potential prospects when you have the chance. Fear is your only enemy.
