Very simple! Introduce ur self correctly. Ask for fair friendship. Friendship only. No hanki-panki. No cheating. Be honest, sincere & truthful. Propose to ur choice one to be ur friend. Don't try to propose for love. Don't act like LOVER boy. Then I'm sure u will be able to get a good girl friend.

it depends on how old you are. and if you have a job. working with these chicas and making them laugh is so easy. then after a couple days when you are close to them and they smile everytime they see you, just say hey here's my number give me a call. if you don't have a job, then I have no idea, I found my current lady friend on myspace which may sound scary to some, but she goes to school nearby and we get along beautifuly, wouldn't have it any other way. just look the girl you like in the eye smile, and judging by their reaction, whether they smile and look you in the eye for a while or if they look away and smile they like you, so just be like hey can i get your # or just give them there's. It really is a hard thing to do unless you abandon all fear and shyness and just dive right in. Trust me.
