The thing the world has done the most of is running around like a bunch of freaks, screaming and waving our arms about the end of the earth being near. Personally, I don't care how long the oil lasts. The sooner it runs out, the sooner someone will get off their capitalistic, politically correct butts and get the worlds going on sustainable energy. The more we use it, the faster technology will find a way to do it with less money. We just need to get it going. As far as global warming damage; people have to quit thinking only in the now and the future. THIS IS NOTHING NEW. Paleogeology shows that to be true. Man might have to adapt a little and that might involve being a little less stupid - such as building your home on the bank of a river that keeps flooding - but we will adapt. Whatever it is, I doubt any of us will be around to see it. People watch too many of these crazy movies.

No one really has a clear idea of how bad and serious the pollution is. The fact that species are dying is bad enough. The fact that we have rubbish flying around on windy day is bad enough. The list goes on.
Oil will run out, and people who say that it won't have no geological or physics knowledge. It's a well known fact and it's called peak oil. Humans live as if resources are boundless. How naive!
The planet can take care of so much pollution but not endless amounts of it. How can the planet take care of the gases we emit if at the same time we destroy forests?

First CO2 is not a pollutant . Mother nature fixed that a few million years ago in the introduction of green plants. Plants take in CO2 and give us back the O2 . Very necessary for plant growth. If the plants all die we do also. CO2 does not contribute to global warming. Study photosynthesis .
We will have oil forever as the above cycle of our air is also the beginning of the recycle of fossil fuels for us. The laves and etc. fall off and wash down the river to the delta where it turns into gas ,oil, and coal.

Oil lasts till the reservs wont get empty..
Global warming damage will occur till there is more carbon dixide increases..
Nothing will happen soon.. its a bit slow process... doue to melting of polar ice caps, the sea level will raise and many islands get submerged under sea water..
People of the World have done a lot to increase the all above processes...
only few people are following preventive measure...
Thanks for asking this question, this atleast reminds the people who reads this question and may cause a bit awareness..
Thanks a lot..

Chemical gasses filling lungs if little ones, pollution getting into the bodies of animals. None of this is good for our population, there's more factories more electricity being used, more oil is being used, especially the exhaust from cars is starting to get everywhere. Drugs being blown into the oxygen everyone must use, things like this are going to lower the amount of people left on this earth. There's nothing we can do anymore, us people don't have the rights we used to have. We can't stop it.

Did you know that babies are being born with up to 200+ chemicals in their system? And did you know they know this because they have analized umbilical cord?
So do you have any idea how SERIOUS that is?
Let all the glaciers melt and all those celebs with seaside properties will make sure the environment becomes a serious thing.
