What restaurants have great food and drink deals for happy hour int he Phenix area?

In Phoenix there is 16th Street Sports Grill that is very casual or Rosie McCaferties (sp?) on Camelback at about 10th Street. There is also Gallaghers at 16th Street and Morten or Dick's Hideaway which is part of Richardson's on Bethany Home at 16th street.
Also, Wildfish in Scottsdale has a great food and drink happy hour.

Pasta Pomodoro is my favorite. They have delicious appetizers for extremely low prices. They have some good drink deals too, but what I love is the unique food choices. It's not just your typical fried food like chicken fingers or nachos. They have mussels, ravioli, bruscetta, shrimp. It is SO tasty!
